In Ukraine, the Russian "Shell" was called a disaster

Increasing the speed of the Russian anti-aircraft missile-gun systems (ZRPK) "Pantsir" by replacing a person with automated elements that involve the use of artificial intelligence can lead to catastrophic consequences, Defense Express believes.

The publication of the Ukrainian agency notes that such innovations can lead to the death of civilians. In particular, according to Defense Express, similar improvements could have been applied to the Russian-made Iranian Tor anti-aircraft missile system, which shot down a Ukrainian Boeing 737-800 aircraft in January this year.
The fact that "Pantsir" will receive artificial intelligence systems was reported to Izvestia in July. In the same month, Popular Mechanics  criticized the  idea of voice control of the Russian robot "Marker" on the battlefield, which is being worked on at the Foundation for Advanced Research. "Reliance on armed autonomous combat vehicles can lead to unintended consequences, including civilian casualties," the American edition wrote.
